How To Style Straight Jeans
I recently was sent a pair of jeans from Madewell’s relaunch of their plus line. I got the Curvy Perfect Vintage Jean in the coffey wash. They updated their fit and sizing (extending up to a 28W by fall!!). I have always been a huge fan of their denim, they were the first brand to offer rigid straight size jeans in my size.
Now, I’m not sure if I’m totally sold on their new fit just yet. I have only tried 2 pieces so far, these jeans and these shorts. The jeans I’m styling here are “curvy” fit and they would work best on someone with a smaller waist and is fuller throughout the hips and legs. They run pretty generous IMO, but I won’t be totally confident about my opinion until I try one more pair that aren’t “curvy”. I’m going to try these jeans next- they should work better for my shape.
